Exmouth......Big day out

Sorry for the lack of posts as i have been a bit slack. I will attempt to update my adventures.....
When i was still in Coral Bay my friends Yvonne,Hugh,Georgie Ross and myself went for a big day out in Exmouth,We set off early and arrived mid morning where we had a guided tour of the town and surrounds by Hugh and Yvonne as they used to live there many years ago.Its was a really interesting town as it used to be home to an American Navy base so a lot of the infrastructure there today was built by the Americans.
We also drove around the point to see the national park area where there are some spectacular views followed by lunch at the local pub where a snake was spotted in the pool.
On the way home we took a couple of tracks that lead through the Cape le Grange National Park and there quite spectacular as one road you drive down the bottom of the gorge and the other you are driving up on top of the gorge.
Arrived home late to find a note on my door that Meg has been barking all day while we were gone.Ooops! Just as well I'm leaving in 2 days time.

The last day in Coral Bay i had the gang for dinner which was a really lovely way to finish off a great couple of weeks of much laughter and adventure........
